An order is marked as paid only once your cryptocurrency payment has been confirmed by our payment infrastructure — simply reaching the payment screen does not confirm an order.

Shipping is a flat $65 for orders of up to 10 kits (1 kit = 10 vials). Above that, we add $10 for every further 10 kits, or part of 10 — so 11 to 20 kits ship for $75, 21 to 30 kits for $85, and so on. The fee is based on the total weight of your package: the more kits in your order, the heavier the parcel, and the more it costs to send. Shipping is calculated automatically in your cart and included in your order total, so the amount you pay already covers it.

We aim for 12–14 days, counted from the moment your order has been handed off by the shipping facility.

We can't be held responsible for how the carrier chooses to schedule its own flights and routes to your location, so we'd ask you to bear with us. Once we've emailed you a tracking number, you can follow your shipment at parcelsapp.com.
